Last night after Abby's gym meet, we stayed up for hours doing homework-namely this horrendous Meosis Yarn Project for her AP Biology class. It was brutal & these pictures Abby took at 2:15 am, when we were finally finished, are evidence! We decided we would most definitely be burning it when she gets this bad boy back & I'm praying Cade will not have to do this when he's a freshman!

On a brighter note, Cade's church basketball team was on fire tonight!

Cade had a sweet last second shot to seal the win!

Gummy Bear Experiment

Water-blew up the bear the most, not a lot of change with the soap, a little enlargement going on with the soda, & the milk was all solidified & nasty so we very hastily got rid of that result!

A Sunday afternoon with no meetings or other responsibilities + sunshine=the perfect day to take a walk along the river. The days here are dark & long in the winter & we really appreciated/needed this bright, beautiful day outside!

I think it's illegal to walk along the river without skipping a rock or two or twenty right?

The fun did NOT stop at the river, but we got to celebrate Snuggles birthday tonight! Oh my heck this girl is going to be an amazing birthday Mom when she grows up. She had cake, ice cream, candles, gifts, etc. etc.
