Happy Kids on Easter Morning with some (apparently easy-to-find) baskets filled with gum, peeps, bubbles, & talks on CD for the teens, & treats/art stuff for the littles.

Happy Easter!

My Greatest Miracles

We invited the Blasers down for dinner.  We ate really yummy food & had a great time together!  I still can't believe how sweet & quiet their 6 kids are.  It hardly feels like we have a family of 8 visiting!

Our Holy Week Tradition
I love this week probably more than any other week of the year.  Holy Week is 8 days of celebration and worship that focus on the last week of Christ’s life, beginning the Sunday before Easter.  It is based on the book "God so Loved the World" by Eric Huntsman.  Every day includes events that happened in Christ’s life on that specific day, a small activity, scriptures, videos & songs.  By Easter Sunday, our hearts are prepared in understanding and gratitude for the Savior’s atonement and resurrection.
Tonight we had our Passover Meal (well, snack) on a smaller scale than previous years since life is so packed these days.  It still turned out awesome and boy do I love these guys!
Menu-honeycomb, unleavened bread, olives, raisins, swedish fish, and grape juice
Dress-Robes (& sandals or bare feet)

2016 fifteen

It's FRIDAY NIGHT PIZZA NIGHT with our crazy crew!!

I LOVE this tradition where we know it's pizza for dinner of any kind, type, or brand.  My favorite is when we make our own-even though it looks like there's been an explosion in the kitchen when we're done!

Look who came to dinner today!  My niece, Aubrey!  She is living/working in Moscow, Idaho right now.  We had so much fun & bonus-she always makes  incredible creations in the kitchen & shares her latest & greatest books with us.

2015 three hundred fifty-seven

After a long detour since there are two Mission Parks in Spokane-we finally found the right one that had some sweet hills for these guys.  I love the combination of fun, free, & fitness that comes with a good sledding day.

Oh yeah!

These two have really been there for each other since we moved.
I'm so glad!

They've missed winter!

Cally climbing up past the girls

Somebody is NOT tired

Double Trouble

 Those Smiles are my Favorite!

Another happy face

The kids liked heading down the mountain "penguin style" or without a sled

I think we're out of daylight guys.  Better head home!
